About our allied health services

Our Allied Health Services believe helping you to feel better is our priority. Our services include Pathology, Podiatrists and Exercise Physiotherapists.

The team uses a unified approach to assist each patient to function at their optimal level, they incorporate the whole person whilst considering the importance of lifestyle.

At Rosslea Medical Centre we have pathology on site for your convenience; most tests advised by GP’s are bulk billed.  Please see the staff for any questions or assistance.

Mayumi Ozaki

Mayumi Ozaki, Podiatrist

BA (Japan), BSc (Hons) (UK), Master (Podiatry) (Aus)

Mayumi has been working as a Podiatrist in Townsville since 2002, after working in the UK and in Japan.

In Townsville, she initially worked in private practice, then was employed at the Community Health Services from 2005. She saw patients at the High-Risk Foot Clinic and other clinics within the Townsville Hospital.  Since she left Queensland Health in 2012, she has been working in private practice.

Mayumi treats a variety of age groups, from children to the elderly, and deals with general foot-care, as well as bio-mechanical issues.  She has a great deal of experience in high-risk foot management and in diabetic foot-care education.

Mayumi is available on the following day at Rosslea Medical Centre – Monday & Friday.

Damian Cribbin, Physiotherapist

APA Sports Physiotherapy level 2, APA Occupational Physiotherapy level 1, Dry needling certified.
Damian is a Physiotherapist who graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from Latrobe University in 2012. He has over 10 years of experience in musculoskeletal, rehabilitation and local sports settings which include soccer, AFL and cricket in Australia and the UK.

Originally from Melbourne, his interest in physiotherapy began whilst rehabilitating his own injuries playing junior cricket and AFL.  His clinical areas of interest include athletic shoulder injuries and hip & knee osteoarthritis.

His most recent role providing physiotherapy to Australian Defence Force members sparked an interest in occupational health and assisting injured workers return to work. As a result, he completed his Masters of Ergonomics, Safety and Health in 2023
