Initially beginning his career as an anaesthetist in Lima, Peru and Santos, Brazil, he also worked as a missionary doctor and was Hospital Director for the Sopas Hospital in Papua New Guinea for seven years.
After arriving in Australia, Dr Munoz worked at St Vincent's Hospital in Sydney alongside the late cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr Victor Chang.
Dr Munoz has worked as a doctor in Queensland for more than 13 years in a variety of institutions including the Royal Flying Doctor service based in Mt Isa. He was one of the first recruits under the Queensland doctors for the bush program and was able to provide medical care to the states most rural and remote areas. He has also worked at the Mackay Base Hospital as a GP anaesthetist. In Townsville, Dr Munoz has worked with the Royal Australian Air Force as a doctor and was part of the team at Townsville Day Surgery working with Steven Fairleigh.
Dr Munoz, is an avid soccer and mixed martial arts fan and when not keeping fit, is working hard with all staff at his Rosslea Medical Centre which represents his latest chapter and a commitment to Townsville's medical needs.

Dr Angus C McDonell brings with him years of experience and a strong interest in Aviation Medicine, Veteran Health and Rural Health and Medicine. Dr McDonell’s understanding and compassion is ignited from 2 tours in Afghanistan and as a Peace Keeper in East Timor and Peace Monitor in Bougainville PNG. Dr McDonell completed his General Practice training in North Qld and his rural training on Palm Island. He worked as a Medical Superintendent for 3 years at the Joyce Palmer Health Service (Palm Island Hospital) and as a Senior Medical Officer at Ingham Hospital. Dr McDonell also completed a year of training in Palliative Medicine at The Townsville Hospital.

An experienced GP/Family Physician of 23 years practice in Townsville, North Queensland, Australia. Seka originally moved to Australia from Uganda, where he graduated in medicine in 1977 at the prestigious Makerere University Medical School. He pursued post-graduate studies at The University of Sydney, Australia leading to a PhD in Pharmacology. He spent 6 years in Papua New Guinea working in hospitals there as well as lecturing at the University of Papua New Guinea. He returned to Australia and settled in Townsville in 1991, where he obtained his fellowship in general practice/family medicine (FRACGP) in 1996.
Dr Seka Kiyingi has worked in several general practices around Townsville, including: Hyde Park Medical Centre, Mundingburra Medical Centre, Stuart Medical Centre(Wulguru), My Family Doctors ( Urban Quarter) before joining Rosslea Medical Centre.
Dr Seka is a full time generalist but who has a special interest in the field of Asthma. He has in the past done extensive research in the pathophysiological mechanisms of asthma as well as its rational treatment. He is also very much interested in Adolescent health, the health of the aged and that of new Migrants into Australia. He regularly performs minor surgical procedures and skin cancer excisions.
Seka’s hobbies include gardening, choral singing, riding a push bike on the odd morning for physical fitness, playing African drums and rhythms, and writing books on the history and culture of the Baganda of Uganda.

Dr Wings interests include all aspects of General Practice including Men’s Health, Children’s Health, Mental Health Issues and Chronic Health Conditions.

Dr Pemberton believes the key to providing high quality healthcare is to take the necessary time to care for her patients in a thorough and comprehensive way.
Dr Pemberton has many special interests including women’s health, and is very experienced in pap smears, contraception, breast checks (and the teaching of self breast examinations), and assistance with menopause. She also can assist with family planning and fertility, antenatal and postnatal care, and breast-feeding.
When it comes to the care of children, Dr Pemberton can assist with the diagnosis of learning and behaviour difficulties and help find the best course of treatment. If required, Dr Pemberton can facilitate Skype consultation with paediatrician, Dr Gandini, who specialises in behavioural paediatrics. Dr Pemberton loves to see children for their general health needs and developmental checks.
More broadly, Dr Pemberton is experienced with the treatment of asthma and croup, acne management, anxiety and depression including mental health care plans to access subsidised counselling, chronic health care plans (for better care of chronic conditions), and weight loss and dietary advice.
Dr Pemberton is married with four children of whom she is very proud. Due to her Scottish family heritage, she shares a love of highland dancing that spans 4 generations. She likes to sew for herself and her family in her spare time.

Bowen Road Skin Clinic is the practice of Dr Simon Chin, a skin cancer doctor with a special interest in skin cancer medicine and surgery. Dr Chin can perform full skin checks and offer skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He also has the facilities to perform skin biopsy and wide local excision within Rosslea Medical Centre. Dr Chin is also an assisting surgeon at Mater Hospital Townsville and a member of the Skin Cancer College Australasia.
